The YAMM Twelve-Week Anger Management Program is a structured, skills-based curriculum designed to meet California court, probation, workplace, and personal-development requirements. The course uses evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral techniques, emotional-regulation training, and communication skill-building to help participants recognize triggers, manage reactions, and develop healthier long-term behavior patterns.

  • 1 session per week

  • 45 minutes

  • Virtual Meetings Via Zoom

  • Weekly attendance sheets and completion certificate provided

  • Identify personal anger triggers and physiological warning signs

  • Understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy anger

  • Use practical coping strategies to de-escalate intense emotions

  • Improve impulse control and decision-making

  • Strengthen communication and conflict-resolution skills
